Data and reporting

You can create views of the data you wish to extract from the system, save these views and export the data to files for additional analysis. Your data, whether it's order data, customer data or product data, is available in realtime. You will also find that a complete audit trail of activity in both the storefront and administration system is available to your reports.

As well as internal reporting you will also be able to use Google Analytics to retrieve additional storefront usage data, if you wish to add other analytics tags to the site this is easily achieved through the configuration screens.

If it's required by your business we can give you direct access to our SQL Server databases, including our data-warehouse. Using an application such as Microsoft Excel you would then be able to manipulate the data directly from the source database and create sophisticated representations and reports.
