Not everyone has the same support requirements. You may have a very technically focused team who are able to work with new software quickly. On the other hand you may require much more support and training.

Standard Support

All implementations of the Estore application include standard support. The standard support package ensures that your ecommerce website is always online, your staff are able manage your store operations and you have access to advice and help should you need it.

You will be have access to email and telephone support during business hours, 24 hour emergency support as well as technical documentation and resources.

Enhanced Support

Should you decide to opt for our enhanced support package you will be provided with a dedicated account manager who will guide and support your business. Your enhanced support package includes on-site training, regular storefront reviews and analysis and priority administration enhancements.

As your business grows you may require additional training sessions to be arranged for your staff. This is no problem, these can be carried out at your premises or we can arrange group training at our offices.

Coupled with our managed ecommerce service we can ensure the smooth running of your online business, eased transition from your existing ecommerce providers and opportunities to develop new marketing techniques and sales channels.

Any bespoke work completed as part of your ecommerce setup will be maintained in accordance with our standard maintenance package.
