Delivery of your finished product does not mark the end of our partnership
After your software is built, tested and delivered we won't just walk away. Your software solution will be designed to scale and grow with your business but we understand that, especially if it is a complex solution, it will require on-going maintenance, support and in some cases management.
All of our software solutions include a standard warranty period which commits us to guaranteeing the final delivered solution continues to work as expected and accomodates your changing business processes.
We will provide you with a tailored support package that will be sufficient to keep your software solution in excellent condition and your staff up to date and well trained. We will also offer certain options with respect to system availability, contingencies, disaster recovery and on-going enhancements.
Your support package will include a clearly defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) which covers a commitment to one or more of the following:
- Backup configuration and monitoring
- System availability
- Hardware and software monitoring
- Resolution of issues
- Software enhancements and server management
- Staff training
The precise configuration of your support package will depend on a number of factors such as the facilities we provide and manage for you, the exact configuration of the software and any on-going management requirement.
